Flow Jiu-Jitsu Academy Penang was created out of a strong passion, a shared vision and a ceaseless commitment to make learning easy and accessible. Since opening in 2018, we commit to our students, not just to help countless students acquire a foundation in Jiu-Jitsu, also fun learning journey.
This school offers a safe and supportive space where children and adults can benefit from the practice of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Considered to be one of the best non-violent self-defense martial art for all ages, promoting confidence, discipline, respect and a family environment.
